VARSITY FALL SPORTS WILL BEGIN MONDAY AUGUST 21ST. THE GOLF TEAM WILL START MATCHES THAT WEEK. VARSITY SOCCER SCRIMMAGES WILL START THE WEEK OF AUGUST 28TH.
MODIFIED SPORTS WILL BEGIN THE WEEK OF AUGUST 28TH
ELEMENTARY SOCCER WILL BEGIN THE FIRST WEEK OF SCHOOL WITH GAMES BEGINNING ON OR AROUND SEPTEMBER 25TH.
WE WILL HAVE REVAMPED THE PROCESS THIS YEAR FOR CLEARANCE FOR SPORTS. THE NURSE PRIOR TO PRACTICES STARTING WILL HAVE TO CLEAR EACH STUDENT. THIS MEANS FAMILY ID MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE THE SEASON STARTS. PLEASE MAKE SURE THE NURSE HAS A COPY OF YOUR MOST RECENT SPORTS PHYSICAL. MORE INFO WILL COME WHEN FAMILY ID OPENS IN JULY! Tonight we celebrated our Senior athletes and NHS members! They were given the opportunity to say "thank you" and highlight someone special to them during our 14th annual Brick Dinner. A wonderful unique tradition so special here at Hunter-Tannersville!
Please see attached the FINAL version of the Final exam schedule starting Friday 6/9. Please note the Math 8 exam has been moved to Tuesday, session 2. Buses will run normal time in the AM and PM to transport students. Breakfast and lunch will be available in the cafeteria all 3 days.
Last minute change for the SPTO meeting. It will be today at 3:45 located in the elementary cafeteria. Planning for Jellybean day and officer election for the 2023 - 2024 school year!
SPORTS UPDATE:
Congratulations to Grady Glennon and Kate Smith for representing HTC so well at the NYS Golf Championships. Grady finished the state tournament tied for 8th place! Yes, that's 8th place in the entire state! Kate finished tied for 41st as a 7th grader out of over 100 golfers. That's quite the feat. The HTC Athletic Department and school community couldn't be more proud! Thank you for representing HTC! Go Wildcats!
